I got the kyleena coil it's the closest to a copper coil that still has hormones just the smallest amount and when I tell you it's amazing 🤩 hang in!

I have the coil and I feel like my pms has got so much worse. My pms is lasting up to 3 weeks at a time! It’s like my body is telling me to bleed to release the hormones but it can’t!! I hate it😭
