Touch activates our parasympathetic nervous system that helps us to feel more relax, safe, and calm. Gently explore different varieties of touch to see what feels best for you Touch Tips: When you are stressed take a couple of gentle breaths. Placing your hands on on different areas of your body (that feel safe), and feeling into the pressure and warmth of your hands. Play, be curious. Stay with it as long as you are able.
