if i forgot to wear mine for a couple days, i would put them in, take ibuprofen, and then put two ice packs on each of my cheeks and go to sleep😂

It happens when u don’t wear them for a while ur teeth move a little, but if it fits like that off the bat they need to fit u again

When you first get your braces off, you only take your retainers out when you eat. Otherwise you NEVER take them out lol

Get you a temporary wire retainer for your top and permanent one on the bottom I had the same issue with my clear one!

Yeah, my orthodontist told me to wear mine all day for like a month or so and then I moved to just wearing them at night… you gotta break them in.
