@gabrielakfit: STAIRMASTER for ‘toning’ and glute growth . Can you tone your glutes? The short answer. No. The long answer no, let me explain. Toning muscles or glutes isn't a thing. Under ‘toning’, used mostly by women, we understand building muscle and losing fat to see more of the definition. Because a lot of women don't want to become big and muscly, or ‘bulky’ (as if it was so easy to achieve 😌), therefore they like to use the word ‘toning’. This means they just want to lose fat and build muscle to achieve that fit and strong physique, while staying relatively slim. The thing is, you can't often achieve this at the same time (especially if you've been training for more than 6 months). Everyone wants to build muscle and lose fat at the same time! If that was so easy, why would be all of us do bulking and cutting? The problem is that many people get inspired be physiques that haven't been often built in the linear fashion. It takes many periods of bulking and cutting to achieve this. However, people think that by eating ‘clean’ (Monday to Thursday most likely 🍔🍕🥂🍰) and doing things like these (Stairmaster, banded booty workouts and HIIT classes), they will get the same results.
