I stutter the most when saying my name so you can imagine how difficult it is to meet people or make bookings etc. my anxiety is sky high and its crippling to do daily interactions 😫😢

I'm the smart kid in my class but I also stutter,I would want to ask questions but I would just keep quiet because I know that I'll stutter but when I talk to my friends I rarely stutter😭

You speak amazing 🙌 … Thank you for sharing 💛 I know the struggle bc I used to stutter - I still do, but nothing like before. ✨🥹 Reading became my safe place, talking to my reflection taught me patience, and learning poems helped me find rhythm in my words. Even learning another language felt like healing - a kind of therapy I didn’t know I needed. I struggled so much growing up. My mom never took me to speech therapy - instead, she’d hit me and tell me to “just start up and called me names.” My siblings laughed, and I’ll never forget the way people looked at me, like I was broken. That’s why every time I meet someone who stutters, I want to hug them and never let go - bc only we know what that silence between syllables feels like. It’s been like 20 years now that I’ve gotten so much better - I’ve found my little tricks, my rhythm, my voice. But even today, anxiety, stress or excitement can still make it come back. So the search for new tricks continues… And that’s okay. Because every word I speak now carries strength I had to fight for. 💫 I’m very interested about training my brain
