That’s a temporary fix… The correct way is to dig out the soil and waterproof the foundation from the outside… Water will eventually work around that

We use to install grease fittings and inject epoxy at 15,000 psi with grease guns … this is very close to that!!

Or just do it from the outside to prevent water still entering the crack and freezing and separate that over time just like that mortar

I used to do this!! We used a 2 part epoxy to hold the plastic ports on, then we used a polyurethane mixture that turned into like a foam that flexs
