Although the ramen is very tasty, it’s well known because they have 80 locations in Japan, and many of them are open really late or even 24 hours. I consider them to be the equivalent to In-n-out burger in the sense that the menu is very simple, but they do their thing very well, and it’s very consistent. sometimes you will have to wait to get a seat, but the experience is worth it. You start by ordering at the kiosk and paying, then the machine will give you tickets of what you ordered. A worker will hand you a clipboard so you can circle your preferences of dashi, which is the broth base, the richness of the broth, how much garlic, green onion, Pork Chashu, spiciness, and noodle texture. When you finally get your seat in the private booth, you hand the person your tickets and your preferences sheet. Then in a few minutes your order will arrive, and they will bow to you, and you will enjoy the delicious ramen. This is the best place to eat when it super late because you know it will be open.
