I had gotten really bad blisters wearing the shoe and sock combo during the race- but didn’t get a single blister wearing the same shoes, but changing my socks to @saturdaystrides  AFTER RUN: ❤️‍🩹 Compression Boots- I always use @therabody JetBoots pro plus after- I genuinely do not get sore after running if I use these for enough time after ⚡️ELECTROLYTES. You have to be drinking enough water and electrolytes after to replenish what you lost during the run.
