In a small deep bowl, whisk 2 eggs, half cup milk and 1 cup water. now put the onion in the dry mixture and then the wet one and repeat until covered remember to open the petals of the onion to get all covered and then deep fry and serve hit with a dipping sauce for my sauce I used a mayo and shirracha sauce .
