It enhances the flavor! 👩🏻‍🍳 Salt Lemon Sauce (Preserved Lemon), ◉ Ingredients 4 fresh lemon 1/2 fresh orange 5 tbs salt (Taste and should be salty) 4 fresh lemon juice (until the lemon is submerged) 1/2 fresh orange juice Olive oil ◉ Cooking process 1. Cut the lemon crosswise with a knife. (Do not cut the end so that the lemon can open) 2. Put enough salt between the cut. 3. Put a lemon in the jar, fill it with juice, and add more salt.
