Instructions: 1) Grind 20g coffee on the Opus with grind settings at internal -2 and external +1.75 2) Prepare puck by distributing the grounds with a WDT tool, a distribution tool, and a spring loaded tamper; top with a metal mesh puck screen. 3) Pull espresso for about 28 seconds at 40g yield 4) Grab a glass cup and pour 2 tablespoons of salted caramel syrup 5) Pour espresso and 8 oz of oat milk 6) Add sphere ice and stir with a glass straw 7) Serve with a smile .
