If you get ahold of a place that stocks fish and have them put some grass carp in there they will eat every bit of it

I know for fish tanks...I always used peroxide. I can't remember the ratio but I'm sure you can look it up. I used this for breeding tanks.

If your state allows it copper sulfate will get rid of that it’s not good if you have trout but bass and other fish will be ok with it

We uses aquatic round up on that fiberus algae, it killed it ,but it just layer there on the surface and didn't sink to the bottom.

Check with The Pond Guy. And Aquascape. It looks like filamentous algae from excessive nutrients. Aeration would help but contact them

Oh ya ,And I also dyed the pond at the beginning of spring, and before 30 days had passed,,, the moss was going crazy,... not much help there.

With the moss rake ,you tie a rope tp the end of the hadle ,throw it out it to the pond as far as you want ,then pull it back to shore.
