It comes out June 13 🥰 This recipe is such a fun one to make for breakfast! It features a sirloin steak, though for this video I used a few cut round steaks. This is a great recipe for a round steaks as it’s a tougher cut and not necessarily one you would want to save for grilling out. The batter is seasoned perfectly and puffs up so well! Top it off with some classic white peppered gravy (also in the book!) and fried eggs.
