Serves: 2 Prep time: 4 minutes Grill time: 6 minutes Special tools: PAM Grilling Spray Ingredients: 1 ½ lb (200 g) halloumi, sliced 1 lemon, halved 1 blood orange, halved, 1 cluster of red grapes ½ cup (120 g) pecans, toasted 3 tablespoons (30 ml) EVOO 1 tsp (4.2 g) black pepper 1 tsp (4.2 g) flakey salt 1 plate of your favourite greens Method: 1. Spray down your cold grill with PAM Grilling Spray which is specially formulated for no-stick performance at higher temperatures. 2. Set grill temperature to 450F/220C degrees. 3. Place halloumi, citrus and grapes onto the grill. Turn every 2 minutes until you see a blissful char. 4.Pluck the grapes into a bowl, add chopped halloumi, pecans, and squeeze citrus.
