They gave you a pain pump afterwards 😳. C section X3 here I didn’t even get 800 mg Tylenol. Wish they would have done that with me. Last baby 2021

Was your first csection emergency? I’ve heard it’s a night and day difference. I had an elective csection and recovery was a breeze!

If ok to ask but why did you formula feed your daughter from day 1? no judgment, I had to formula feed my 9mth old due to a delay in my milk coming in

I truly believe there’s a mental aspect to the recovery too. It seems like women who have an emergency c don’t recover as well as those who plan one

I agree. My second was easier than my first C too. I think you know the limits and don’t push them as much with the 2nd which helps.

one thing no one told me about BFing, is that as your baby gets older, starts eating food, your supply is going to change based on his needs 1/2

I had the same pump with my 2nd. I just pushed myself too far too fast since my first was still under 2. Otherwise recovery was pretty good.
