@kellyprincewright: Would you have dinner at this cliffside cave in Italy? 🌌🥂🇮🇹 Welcome to Grotta Palazzese! This has been a bucket list travel experience I’ve wanted to do for so long. The stars aligned so here’s everything you need to know about visiting. Tips for visiting ⤵️ 🕕 Book 6pm dinner. It’s the first restaurant sitting and therefore you’ll have a chance at a balcony table 📆 Plan ahead. We booked three weeks ahead of time. 💰 It’s a set four course menu. Choose from a mix of seafood, meat or veggie. Expect to spend at least 200 euros per person before ordering any wine (and I mean, you should totally get wine!) 🍽 The food is really good! I was surprised at how delicious everything was 🥰 The service is excellent AND so friendly. I think this is important because we’ve been to some fancier places that have made us feel unwelcome. They could not have been nicer to each and every table. 📸 Also, no judgement for photos! I took a bunch when we first arrived and no one bats an eyelid 🌌You won’t be rushed out. We arrived at 6pm and left at 9pm. 💰Yes, it’s expensive. I think it was very much worth it as a bucket list experience though.
