I have used boiled eggs for years (do not take the shell off). Let it cool, wrap it, and place it on your eye…it fits perfectly.

My daughter had chalazions on both eyes. Got surgery for it and surgeon left a scar, so she can hardly see from one eye. 😢

I actually bought these as reusable hand warmers about 6 years ago in Seattle, WA. Obviously as hand warmers they are bigger.

Worked at a Dr. office and learned to just hard boil a egg,let it cool enough that you can stand the heat then compress egg to eye. Instant relief.😌
