One can buy a R1mill car and pay it off in 5 yrs.. But the home bond takes over 25 years. The banks i maintain are the biggest crooks.

it's not possible. if that's the case, withdraw the money, buy an apartment cash and rent it out so that the rental money will pay your bond.

It is actually amazing! We saw this on the bond agreement when we went to sign with the lawyers it actually stated bond payment back 1.9 times
