@chefthombateman: All about the Sides, 18 of 50. Corn Ribs (fried corn) you can actual mix some oil into the spice mix brush them and stick them in the oven or dare I say it put them in an air fryer. I just think they’re tastier this way but you do you. 2 corn on the cob 2 tsp salt 1 tsp white pepper 2 tsp chipotle chilli flakes (or normal chilli flakes) 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp smoked paprika 6 tbsp sour cream zest and juice of 1 lime Handful of chopped coriander Salt to taste Oil for frying 1. carefully cut the corn into shape, set to one side 2. Mix the spices to make the salt mix 3. Mix the sour cream with the lime, coriander and salt to make the dip 4. Heat the oil to 175c/350f and fry the corn for 4 mins 5. Immediately toss through the seasoning and serve with the dip Ps.
