I use an all flock, I will switch my babies to it when they start staying outside. It’s very similar just a bit more calcium as you said :)

I use All Flock or Flock Raiser pellets for my turkeys, geese, chickens which is 18/19%. But, the grower crumble at my store is 30%.

I use Dumor all flock for all my birds. Turkey, geese, chickens, ducks. Have never had any problems.

I use an all flock but it's bc the niacin is so high for the ducks it's actually a Petco brand
