Jute is natural and is stronger (higher tensile strength) and more sustainable. it isn't as durable though, which can be good and bad

twine (cotton or jute) aren't strong enough for conditions here or my giant plants so I bought 4'x8' livestock panels and reuse them.

try using yute thread, because last more to water. if you use Cotton in contact with water it will degrade. believe me it's a tip. nice work
