I spent EIGHT hours on my daughter's hair once. Then found a lice clinic and they took care of it in less than 2hrs. I wouldn't wish lice on anybody.

Coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil. Leave in cap for more than 2 hours. Then comb out and when your done wash hair with dawn soap.
