@petermiljak: Dumbbell Bicep Curls - Instead of doing alternating, do 1 arm at a time and lean over that working arm. This will helo you better align the joint/bicep/upper arm with that line of force. Use an off set grip to make the supination (rotating wrist/pinky inward) harder, forcing uou to squeeze more.
