Ini makan siang gw dalam 1 minggu biar tetep sehat dan fit. Ngga selalu persis sama, tapi komposisinya mirip-mirip. Yang jelas isinya real food, bukan ultra-processed food (UPF). Kebutuhan kalori gw per hari bisa mencapai 3000 karena kerja dan aktivitas fisik yang tinggi. Gym 5X per minggu, lari seminggu bisa 3-4X. Kebutuhan protein pun per harinya 120g, karena gw pgn menjaga masa otot di tengah gw rutin lari. Yang gw hindari/minimalisir: gorengan, jeroan, makanan bersantan kental, dan UPF (ultra-processed food) macam mie instan, sosis, nugget, burger, roti, kue, minuman manis kekinian, dan dessert (seringnya buah aja). Yang gw makan: REAL FOOD. Monday: Nasi merah 1/2 porsi, ayam woku, dendeng balado, oseng tempe, 2 macam sayur. Tuesday: Nasi bakar shirataki, ayam panggang, sayur. Rabu: Nasi putih 3 sendok, telur 2, tahu opor, oseng tempe, sayur. Kamis: Nasi putih 3 sendok, ayam panggang, gudeg, krecek, tempe bacem. Jumat: Nasi ayam kungpao, omelette.
