Prepare the filling. In a bowl, pour rice, paprika, bbq sauce and ketchup, chopped parsley and lemon zest. Mix everything with minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Take a cabbage leaf, stuff it with some filling and close by wrapping it on itself. Arrange all the dumplings on a tray. Prepare the sauce: brown the onion in the oil and butter, add the tomatoes, the pulp, the water, season with salt and pepper, boil for half an hour. Then mix everything. Sprinkle the dumplings with the sauce and brown them for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. . . 🇮🇹 Ricetta Cavolo capuccio Per il ripieno 250g carne macinata 100g riso 1 cucchiaino paprika 1 cucchiaino prezzemolo 1 scorza di limone Sale,pepe Prezzemolo Salsa bbq e ketchup Per la salsa al pomodoro 1 cucchiaino di olio 10g burro 1 cipolla rossa 2 spicchi aglio 500g pomodoro misti 150g polpa di pomodoro 200ml acqua Sale,pepe Sbollentare il cavolo cappuccio per 10 min.Prepara il ripieno. In una ciotola versate riso, paprika, salsa bbq e ketchup, prezzemolo tritato e scorza di limone. Mescola il tutto con carne macinata e condisci con sale e pepe. Prendi una foglia di cavolo ,farcisci con un po ' di ripieno e chiudi avvolgendola su se stessa. In una teglia disponete tutti i fagottini. Preparate la salsa: rosolate la cipolla nell’olio e burro,aggiungete i pomodori,la polpa,l’acqua,condite con sale e pepe,fate bollire per una mezz’oretta. Mixate poi il tutto.
