Struggle with binge eating after work?  You’re running around in the morning and don’t have time to eat so you grab your kids granola bar while running out the door and eat it on the way.  You packed a salad that just has a bunch of veggies and maybe some lunch meat but it usually doesn’t hold you over very long. & your only eating a salad because you think a salad will help you lose weight. 🙃 By the time you get home you’re so freaking hungry you find the first snack you can grab and it’s never healthy! Chips, cookies, ice cream. Maybe a little bit of all 3 while you try and figure out what’s for dinner.  By the time dinner is ready you already ate 2,000 calories in snacks alone ,plus dinner, bf and lunch. This is why you can’t lose weight.  Trying to starve yourself all day to lose weight but come night time you can’t control yourself. This is what you need to do instead.  Start eating more frequently and eating MORE!  Bf- aim for 30g of protein. My fav is an egg sandwich with a sausage patty!  Snack- 30g of protein. My fav is a yogurt bowl with fruit and choc chips!  Lunch- again something high in protein that has 30g again! It can be a salad if you want just have enough protein in it!  Snack again!- high protein ( you get the gist!) 30g Dinner - high protein- 30g What this is going to do is keep you full so you don’t come home and binge eat. Protein helps curve your cravings as well! You will no longer binge eat (over eat in calories) and you will start dropping that weight!
