ASTROTURF is not the same as your yard turf/fake grass. Under our fake grass is not rubber, it’s compact sand and crushed rocks

I didn’t even get into the details on how crumb rubber is impossible to dispose of - and it needs to get replaced often. Bc it’s so toxic and no (1/2)

I remember hearing about this 10-15 years ago. Soccer players were getting cancer from the rubber going into their cuts/open wounds.
