Osteria del Tempo Perso is the most hyped restaurant in Ostuni and it is absolutely appalling. The owner and the staff are arrogant and rude, they think they are doing clients a favour by having them there while we are actually bringing you money… Il proprietario e il personale sono arroganti e maleducati, pensano di fare un favore ai clienti avendoli lì mentre in realtà gli stiamo portando dei soldi per mantenere questo ristorante pessimo aperto… … and the food is bang average! The pasta is overcooked and when we sent it back the chef refused to redo it. The rest of the dishes are made with cheap ingredients. Avoid avoid avoid! … ed il cibo è terribile! La pasta era scotta e quando l'abbiamo rispedita indietro lo chef si è rifiutato di rifarla. Il resto dei piatti è realizzato con ingredienti scadenti, presi per risparmiare e massimizzare i guadagni in quanto attira perlopiù turisti ingenui.
