Today’s kitchen: No bake trilece cake | This is so good and easy 💛 CREAM ▫️250 gr mascarpone (or preferred cream cheese) ▫️20 gr sugar ▫️8 gr vanilla sugar ▫️16 gr whipping powder ▫️250 ml heavy cream FILLING ▫️16 ladyfingers ▫️250 ml milk CARAMEL ▫️50 ml water ▫️125 gr sugar ▫️150 ml heavy cream ▫️50 gr unsalted butter GANACHE ▫️20 ml heavy cream ▫️50 gr white chocolate Mix together the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar, and whipping powder in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minute. Gradually add the heavy cream. Whisk the cream until stiff. Place the cream into a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator. Cover the baking dish with a sheet of plastic wrap. Dip each ladyfinger into a bowl of milk and then immediately place them over the bottom of the baking dish. Pipe some of the cream on top and spread it evenly. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and cream. Close the top of the baking dish well with the plastic wrap that was overhanging and refrigerate for 4-5 hours, ideally overnight so the flavors can fully develop. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Once the sugar is fully dissolved, turn the heat to high. Cook for 4 minutes or until the sugar mixture turns light brown. Remove the pan from heat. Gradually add the heavy cream and unsalted butter while stirring. Mix until fully combined. Allow the caramel to cool to room temperature. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Add the white chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until a smooth mixture forms. Place the white chocolate ganache into a piping bag or a sandwich bag. Pour the caramel mixture over the no-bake trilece cake. Pipe lines of white chocolate ganache on top. Use a toothpick or skewer to make a nice pattern. Cut the cake into pieces and enjoy!
