You can marinate the meat in red wine with aromatics (bay leaf thyme …) overnight and then use this infused wine to cook it it’s even better 😋

bœuf bourguignon is not a stew and this is not the real recipe. the beef has to cook in the wine for hours or else it's not boeuf bourguignon
