is that fence even legal? it wouldn't be in my state. You can own land on both sides of a navigable water, but you don't own the waterway!

How if it’s your property? Insist it be taken down fight them everyday until it’s down and if it’s on your property possession is 9/10 of the law take

I don't know how it works in your state. I live in Fla. and if it's a navigable waterway then they can't block it's use for anyone.

We had a problem with water like this, we were told as long as we access it from our land and exit on our land you can go anywhere in the water.

I have a creek with 6in of water in it and had to get 10k worth of permits and Inspection for a 3x3 foot bridge how is this even possible

I’m in Arkansas the land on each side is owned but waterway isn’t. You can go thru someone’s property & can’t get in trouble if you stay in the water

It sounds like my neighbor here in Newport News. We put a beautiful shadow box fencing and my neighbor called codes and said that it a tacky fence.

I lived next to crazy neighbors in a condo once thank goodness it only was 1 1/2 years, . I’ve been in my home for 20 + years and I love my neighbors.
