Try waiting for the sit, don’t tell her what you want. Wait for her to figure out what you want. Sometimes they ignore sit and no when it’s repeated.

Helpful tip:) puppies don’t usually understand “no” it’s more helpful to give an alternative command to counter the “bad” behavior like down then wait
