@zeetheintrovert: Funfetti Muffins 🎉 Recipe: * 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour * 2 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 cup melted butter * 1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar * 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract * 1 cup milk or buttermilk * 2 eggs Add ins * SPRINKLESSS Bake Temperature: 350F Bake Time: 18-20 minutes Pan Type: 12 cupcake pan 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together. 3. Create a well in the middle for wet ingredients. 4. Add milk, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. 5. Incorporate wet ingredients into dry ingredients. 6. Add your SPRINKLES. Fold into batter. 7. Scoop batter evenly into a cupcake/muffin pan ( I used a 12-cupcake pan). 8. Sprinkle extra sprinkles on top! 9. Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 10.
