i personally use the fenty stick and rub it on a brush instead of directly on my face and i never have that issue

The pilling from the primer could be from a mix of the silicon based primer and a water based foundation. Contour stick, need a more dense brush

I would recommend the Too Faced Hangover primer!! It is more like a moisturizer and leaves a kind of sticky and dewy finish.

Try picking the fenty contour stick with a brush instead of swiping it directly on your face, should be easier to blend :)
