I had to mount the pavement on my test as a car on the opposite side of the road decided to pass parked cars, still passed my test

I failed my P's test because of a dangerous driver. I had to emergency brake and the Tester said its just the rules and I'd have to try again. sucked

In Australia if the examiner has to take control for any reason is an automatic fail .

Y’all lucky in uk here in Switzerland u have to manage that alone otherwise u would failed the test if the examiner touch your steering wheel

here în România, during the drive test, if an accident is happening (without the learner's fault) is still fail in a test🤦♂️
