As a tech, the security brought by a salary shop would enrich teamwork and lower stress levels allowing us to be more efficient and effective too.

If that was an option I’d still be a tech. The stress of flat rate is not worth it. I don’t like being bored so I’d work just as much.

Switching to hourly, flare rate is great when it’s great and bad when it’s bad. However my bills are always there so hourly makes sure I can pay them.
