Recipe from @gonna_want_seconds Ingredients: 1/2 pound sausage 3/4 cup pale ale (I subbed chicken broth) 16 oz velveeta 4 oz cream cheese 1 cup shredded pepper jack 1 can rotel 1 cup black beans 1 cup corn 1/3 cup red onion 1/4 cup cilantro Directions: 1. In a 12” skillet, cook and crumble sausage Drain grease. 2. Pour in beer or broth. 3. Add Velveeta, cream cheese, and pepper jack. Stir until melted. 4.
