@thesidingguy_: Previously, I posted a video of something that I thought would help many carpenters who are on the DeWalt platform and hopefully address the major pain point of this Flexvolt reciprocating saw. Though the response was overwhelmingly positive, I often wonder why people like to find the negatives and even comment things that aren’t factual at all. Here’s a video showing that without the hook adapter shown in the video, it won’t work. Yes, you could carefully balance it and it might hold temporarily only with a 9ah battery, one bump and it’s dropped to the ground. I hope this video demonstrates it much better, showing that it does indeed solve the problem of this saw not having a hook. The team at @sidingtips I think did a great job on this design 👏. I hope this video is useful for those already on the DeWalt platform and don’t want to buy another brand of reciprocating saw just for a hook.
