@boredoflunch: Airfryer Caprese Chicken 🇮🇹🍅 Taking one of my favourite Italian salads and literally shoving it inside a chicken breast🤫 I am sorry to my Italian followers but this recipe is here to stay, it’ll be made time and time again. Line a dish with: - Cherry tomatoes 🍅 - Balsamic 2 tbsp 🥄 - Olive oil 1 tbsp 🫒 - Salt and pepper 🧂 - Fresh basil 🌿 Hassleback 2 chicken breasts & coat in 1 tsp of paprika or Cajun seasoning🍗 fill with: - Tomatoes sliced & halved 🍅 - Fresh basil 🌿 - Mozarella 1. Add the chicken on top of the tomatoes and add to the airfryer for 20 mins at 180 You can use more chicken or even make in the oven for 30-35 mins at 180 Serve with salad, breads and enjoy.
