Yes. Only use oils pre-shower to moisturize scalp. I only learned that recently too tho. But we were raised together so that makes sense 😂

it might be different for me cuz I have curly hair. this means I condition my entire head. ( curly hair tends to be extremely dry)

I usually go with the instructions on the bottle - some say scalp down and some say middle to end of shaft, no scalp… differs by brand

I have fine flar hair but a lot of it. I pretty much do my entire head bc there's damage around the face framing but I don't like dump it on my scalp

my mom is a cosmetologist, you are only supposed to condition your hair mid to ends, since it cause build up on the scalp and hair loss, 1/2
