I just attached my GoPro to my vest/sweater, I also just used a clip and tried finding different places I could clip the GoPro too lol

I use a L shape Flash Bracket mounted to a cage from amazon. It sits right next to my lens. It's kinda bulky but i like the look.

I put a mount on my steadicam vest for bts, pretty much what you’re trying to do. Then I got a 360 cam. Which I would recommend more than a go pro
