Anxiety doesn’t cause your HR to increase to 160+ upon standing etc. Hot showers are my biggest trigger 😩

I’ve had dr’s tell me it’s anxiety… I said I’m aware I have anxiety and aware what panic attacks feel like. Lots of ignorance around POTS.
