YES I used to skip cardio bc of that stigma and I felt so insecure I do it 5x a week now after my lifts and it does wonders for me

30 mins of cardio is so hard… if i get 20k steps in a day I do 20 mins cardio and with 10k steps I do 30 mins cardio. is that a good way of thinking?

Thank you for bringing up the cardio! I’m a hybrid athlete and was in marathon training and didn’t loose any muscle we just need to eat more that easy
