@inspiredbyprisfood: Tried out the Nando’s bag & bake and its really one great way to spice up your chicken fillets. You just need to follow instructions on the back of the box and it’s that easy. I did add my own twist. I added ginger and garlic to the fillets and I scored them. For the sauce, I added 50 ml of cream and 1 tablespoon of Nando’s HOT sauce and brought that to a simmer. I also added all of the left over juice’s in the bag to the sauce and a sprinkle of parsley.
