The decline position forces your core to work harder in raising your torso so the exercise is more challenging and beneficial! 💪🏻 1. Adjust the bench using the pin - start at around 30 degrees to see how it feels and go from there - the lower the bench the greater range of motion. 2. Put your legs around the bench and hold the handle. 3. Place your knees on the pads and secure your feet. 4. Lower yourself down to lie down flat on the bench take a breath. 5. Engage your core and lift your torso towards your thighs. 6. Hold the top position for a moment and slowly lower yourself down. 7. Take a breath and repeat the movement.
