@samseats: Shrimp Po’ Boy 🦐 This is one of THE tastiest sandwiches about. It was my first time making this but it definitely won’t be the last 😮‍💨 My take on a classic New Orleans Po’ Boy - fresh French bread roll (I made a different version to one that is typically used), pickled gherkin and jalapeños, tomatoes (always got to be seasoned with a little salt), red onion (soak in water for a bit to take away some of the bitterness), crunchy lettuce, panko fried shrimp (marinated in a Cajun spiced buttermilk) and the star of the show, the po’ boy remoulade (I used mayo, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, tarragon, Cajun spices, chives, spring onion, lemon zest and juice, salt and pep).
