I think mine is bcoz like water infections that I haven’t treated so I think if I treat that and use dialators I should be ok

Pt1I’ve had it for 15 years and if your in the tri state area go see Dr Lawrence Lind.. I tried many options but what helped the most was pelvic Botox

I’m pretty sure my vaginismus started from infection, nothing mental, would I still need a PF therapist? Or would just dilation therapy help?
