@rumblecoffee: If you can pull a great shot, and steam milk, but you still can’t pour a great latte, we’ve got some tips for you! There’s an art to pouring a coffee, and we’re not just talking about latte art. (In fact, we encourage you not to focus on latte art as you’re learning to pour!) You’ll want to tilt both your cup, and your jug slightly. Pour into the deepest part of your espresso shot, and try to ‘sink’ the milk. The aim here is to combine your shot and your milk, so we don’t want to see the milk yet. Pouring a thin continuous stream of milk will help you do this.
