Ivy and vinyl siding don’t mix. It’ll lift your joints and grow behind allowing moisture in. Definitely add some lattice if u want it to climb

you could use mulch glue! that would probably help stop the digging/mulch getting everywhere

Looks good. I made planters for each side of my garage with fence panels. Also that ivy will try to go under your siding, my Jasmine does it.

Looks great, but pull it away from your foundation by about a foot to prevent water seeping into your foundation, cracking it.
