Dumbbell chest press.  One of the most effect exercises to build your pecs.  On the first two videos I have highlighted the most common mistakes that I have seen people do when performing this exercise.  Which is 👉: ❌ Never keep your elbow straight with your shoulders. This will result in shoulder pain and even injury.  Instead:  ✅ Slightly bend your arms inwards. This will activate your chest muscles a lot more which will result in more efficient exercise.  On the third and fourth video I have highlighted the back.  ❌ Keeping your back straight will result in you trying to lift with your lats and shoulders which again can lead to shoulder pain and back pain.  Instead: ✅ Bend your back allowing the upper back to be placed in such a position where the chest muscles push forward.  In video five and six I have highlighted the momentum.  ❌ If you want to just finish the exercise without doing any damage to your muscle tissues. Lift like the fifth option.  ✅ If you want hypertrophy on your chest slowly lower the weight.  Tip: push the weight up fast to build more power.  For those who read all my long captions there is a bonus tip as well.  🤫Place your feet firm almost unde your buttocks this will increase your overall benching strength.
